Cancellation conditions
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Preauthorize
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy
100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes
4 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet
Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Mealplan
Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Parking
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day. Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.
